Dr. Sudeb Mandal is the Founder and Director of Quvia Labs Pvt. Ltd., with over 20 years of experience in ESG, sustainability, testing, inspection & certification (TIC), environmental services, and regulatory compliance. He brings a strong blend of technical expertise and business leadership, driving integrated solutions for compliance, risk management, and sustainable growth.

He holds a Ph.D. in Chemistry, an Executive MBA, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Industrial Health & Hygiene. He is a certified Lead Auditor (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001), GHG Lead Verifier (ISO 14064), and ESG professional with expertise in frameworks such as GRI, BRSR, and TCFD.

Prior to Quvia Labs, he held leadership roles with global organizations including SGS, TÜV SÜD, TÜV India, IRClass, EFRAC, Vimta Labs and Qualitek Labs, where he managed multi-location operations, built laboratories, led large teams, and delivered high-value TIC, EHS, QHSE, Audit and ESG projects across industries.

His expertise spans testing, inspection, certifications, ESG strategy, carbon management, EIA/ESIA, industrial hygiene, ISO audits, laboratory accreditation, and regulatory compliance, supporting organizations in achieving operational excellence and sustainability.
